A general overview of the production process could look like... |
File Preparation |
Printing or Cutting |
We start by preparing your artwork for production, using vector files (like AI, EPS, or SVG) to make sure everything prints or cuts with perfect clarity—no blurry edges!
Assembly & FabricationOnce the components are ready, we assemble the sign. This may involve layering vinyl, mounting letters, welding frames,
or installing LEDs—whatever the sign type calls for. |
Depending on the design, we either print the graphics (for full-colour signs or wraps) or cut shapes and lettering using plotters or CNC machines. For illuminated signs, we also cut materials to house the lighting.
Finishing TouchesWe clean, polish, and apply any protective coatings needed. This step ensures your sign looks sharp and is ready to withstand the elements.
|
Quality ControlBefore it leaves our us, every sign goes through a thorough inspection to check for colour accuracy, alignment, and structural integrity.
|
Ready for Install or DeliveryOnce we're sure the quality is tip-top, your sign is either packaged for delivery or handed to the installation team for mounting at the site.

we have a multitude of different production methods we adopt depending on the signage
Digital PrintingThis method is ideal for full-colour graphics, photos, and gradients. Using large-format printers, we print directly onto vinyl, banner material, or even rigid substrates. It’s great for indoor and outdoor signs, posters, decals, and vehicle wraps.
CNC Routing / Laser CuttingComputer-controlled machines cut shapes, letters, or designs from rigid materials like acrylic, aluminium, wood, or PVC. CNC routing is used for dimensional lettering, sign panels, and custom shapes, offering a clean and precise finish.
UV Flatbed PrintingUV printers can print directly onto rigid materials like acrylic, wood, metal, or foam board. The UV light cures the ink instantly, making it highly durable and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
|
Vinyl CuttingPlotter machines cut shapes, letters, or logos from coloured adhesive vinyl. It’s perfect for window lettering, wall graphics, and clean, simple signage. The cut vinyl is then transferred and applied to the desired surface.
EngravingEngraving uses lasers or mechanical tools to etch text or graphics into metal, plastic, or wood. It’s commonly used for nameplates, directories, plaques, and wayfinding signs.
Fabrication / AssemblyThis involves constructing 3D or illuminated signs. It can include welding frames, bending metal, mounting LED lighting, and assembling the final structure. This method is used for channel letters, lightboxes, pylon signs, and monument signs.
